Okay another new update from me.
NOTE TO AKEP: You might want to edit this into your original post please.
I DID make the intercooler kit work with the GReddy bolt on turbo kit.
What you have to do is cut PIPE B (the pipe with the 45 degree bend on it) and turn it into a straight pipe.
I cut the pipe with a hack saw, took me about 10 mins total to cut.
Use the 90 degree 2.5" to 2.5" coupler to mate PIPE B to the other half of PIPE B you just cut off (should still have a 45 degree bend) then connect that piece to the 2.5" to 2" reducing coupler to the GReddy J pipe that bolts to the compressor.
Hopefully this is useful for you guys out there with my kit and dont want to spend 900+ on a GReddy intercooler.

This is what it should look like:
And this is what it looked like when I was done:
idgi. how did this solve your problem? what was it that didn't let it fit? are you just adding flexibility to B Pipe so it does fit?
B PIPE had a 45 degree bend. I needed a 90 degree bend. So to correct it what I did was CUT B PIPE where the bend begins and made half of it into a straight pipe.
Then I used the other half and with 2 90 degree couplers I got my 90 degree bend I needed to make the piping work.
If you have the EMUSA installation manual (I have it if you don't), take a look at B PIPE and you'll see what I mean.
Also, I just noticed that my intercooler kit came with that extra 90 degree 2" to 2.5" reducing coupler, for those with the GReddy kit you need this if your IC kit does not come with it.
Oh, before you put on the pipe, please use some 60 grit sandpaper and sand down the rough edges, you'll save couplers this way.

oh yeah, dont email them. they dont answer. just call if you need questions answered.
updated first post to link the instructions on 3rd pages and usaf ep3's pipe mod.
usaf ep3, you should use one of the pics, preferably the one that shows the piping laid out, and show us where you made the cuts and edit your post to show that.
What plugs are you guys using? I was going to get NGK Iridium pn:IFR7G-11KS cold 7. They would be good wouldn't they? A colder plug would be good to add to the 1st post also
Just for reference:
Stock spark plugs from NGK - IZFR6K11
Stock spark plugs from Denso - IK20L
Colder plug I found on google that everyone else is using (to my knowledge) is the NGK IRIWAY 8, BKR7EIX-11, or Denso IK22's.
ok i did some searching, you go 1 step colder for every 10psi. and gap .28-.22 should be golden. just have to play around with what gap is better.

should that rad hose work also?
yeah thats the same as the napa hose
the tb is 60mm? so the 2.25" - 3" coupler is way off. 60mm is only 2.4" so 2.25" - 2.5" coupler would be better?
