1)can someone suggest a good set of components and rear speakers?
2)also, what would be a good amp to run it off of or should i use the headunit? any help would be great. my friend just installed some kicker k60 into his 95 civic and they sound great running off a old ass kenwood 4 ch amp. couldnt beleive it. i helped him pick it out and wow, amazing. the highs are very nice.
3)would the kickers be good in the ep? also, when getting components and rears, is it better to stick with same brand or is mix and match ok?

sorry for all the questions. any answers would be great.

a good set of front componets is key, your back speakers are just there for fill in, basically you can get a pair of back speakers that arent going to be as expensive as the fronts.

i would suggest going with Boston ProSeries up front, and Boston Ralleys for the back...

or go with mb quartz, maybe infinity....

i would suggest getting a amp to run these kind of speakers, it will give them the wattage they need to run nice and clean.

i would go with a jl amp they power nice and clean for these speakers (bostons).
