OK..... Rota sub-zero 16in wheels weigh about 13.5 pounds..............And the 17in sub-zero wheels weigh about 16.5 pounds....How much power would I loose if I get the 17's compared to the 16s?..And which one do you like better..........sub-zero or slipstream?....thanks

you wont "lose" power; just increase rotating mass. Although both wheels are lighter than stock..:o
oh, and sub zero's look better

Good question. I myself am having a dilemma in deciding on what size to get. I want the 15 Konig Greenlights (11lbs) for the decrease in weight, but I also like the 17 Konig Helium and Nakayama X7 for the looks. I guess, just get what you really like.

In drag racing they just might slow you down a little. For road racing they will lengthen your gears and you should have a higher top end.

If the new tire has a larger circumference, then yeah, the wheels will lengthen the gearing. One of the reasons racers use bigger rims, though, is to make room for huge brakes.
Personally, I wouldn't get wheels bigger than 15-16" unless I also had bigger brakes. Then, it would be necessary to have a larger rim to let them fit, and besides, there would be something inside there to show off -- our stock brakes are kinda boring. ;)
