Put a few bushings and things on the Durometer for reference:

Instrument used: Mitutoyo Akashi HH-317 Type D
These measurements are called out in "Points" or "Duro's"

Progress Rear Sway Bushing:
Peak: 33.5
Rebound: 30

Hondata Heatshield Gasket:
Peak: 64
Rebound: 61

Energy Suspension Motor Mount Inserts:
Peak: 19
Rebound: 19

Neuspeed Front Sway Bushing:
Peak: 39
Rebound: 33

Neuspeed Short Shift Bushing (From 2000 Civic Si):
Harness -
Peak: 17
Rebound: 17
Circular Bushing -
Peak: 28
Rebound: 28

Findings:
Progress sway bushing - Good hardness. Some rebound. Since I haven't measured any stock items, I don't have a comparison.
Hondata - Probably over-the-counter standard phenolic.
ES - I thought the inserts would have a few more duro's than that, but considering the rebound, I'd say it does the job.
Neuspeed - Front sways recorded quite hard, but with a fair amount of rebound. Haven't driven with them on, so we'll see.
Neuspeed SS - Interesting that they made the harness bushing so soft; But like the ES, no rebound at all.

I'll take the measurements of the stock items when I get around to it.
