Gas light

The gas light turns on at different points for me. Sometimes it will light up when I have 4 gallons left and other times at 2 gallons left. BTW, I have 9,000 miles on the car and getting about 25 miles city and 27 highway. Bad or Good?

I tell ya what, I cant decide when mine comes on. its different also. I can tell that on my 6th gen HB i got 45 miles left. with the 02 Si it verys, i can go past 45 miles :( but im to scared to drive it till its empty. ;) There has been alot of talk here on the site about it.
