it all depends on what's important to you...
what do you plan on doing with it?
do you need a warranty?

That was my dilema when I bought the car. I wanted a GSR an '00 Si or the new one. But for the deal I got I opted to get the new car, there is nothing like a brand new car. Anything happens and you can bitch about it and they should take care of it.

Hope this helps

from experience i'd say go with the new Si. gsr=high insurance and old Si= not as much fun stuff.....and 1.6L...or just get eg hatch and swap gsr motor=hella fun

from a little experience, I traded my '99 GSR for my new '03 Si. Best move I think. Insurance was tuff for sure, and it is a NEW car. Besides, I love the hatch and there is a ton more room in the new Si, than inside the GSR. Sure the GSR was quicker, but after a few simple bolt-ons the new Si will walk a stock GSR :p (sorta kinda)

p.s. Here is a link to my old beauty.

same here with me i wanted the 00 si and they wanted 17 for it with low miles and the 03 was 18 so why not just get a brand new car rite?:D
