windshield wiper cover?

Do they sell some sort of rear windshield wiper cover for our car? I dont like it there and i know they have it for the eg civic hatches, but i want one.

like a plug? well on my gsr i took off the rear wiper and found a plug at home depot and spray painted it black, looked clean
