I gotta be a bit skeptical just for the simple fact of where your tach is at about oh lets say 10,500 rpm's. I hate to call bs but here it goes.. bs

Hondata?

btw, the stock tach is off like a mofo. I think PoRt mentioned he had to shift at 20mph with his Type S motor with Hondata's 8600 fuel cut. It looks like 10,000 rpm but is 8600:D

wow, not the most blaring example of highway safety I have ever seen, but sheesh.... One question though, who took that picture? I noticed it is really sharp only because if I had to take it I would have been shaking sooooo bad from nearly fillin' my trousers :p

be careful out there.

OK guys first off my buddy owns some land in the Riverside area so no one was ever in any danger (besides me). This is a modded K20A (ITR) with Hondata(good guess ;) ) It is not mine and cant disclose to much info on it for now but just doing some test and tuning with it. I will be able to share more when I get MY copy of this motor.

and ayyyyyyyyyyy jaydub, you are a f*ckin prick to want to see anyone crash at 150. How immature can you be? If there was a monkey flippin the bird you'd be lookin at it. A$$!

Oh wow, e-thug in the house

Am I supposed to be impressed by your speed here? I'm not. I'm glad to hear it wasn't on some highway where you tried this, but nonetheless it's dangerous for all involved if they have no idea wtf they're doing. That is obviously the case here, so I'll chalk it up to luck.

<Humbly recalls his BS comment>

I thought this was in your car and when I was looking at your mod list it was very humble and appeared that you had a K20A3 which you do for now. Now that I see that it isnt your car and it is someone elses with an ITR K20 I will gladly recall my bs. :o

I heard that the compression is already too high for a turbo.. :( Cant complain about 150's tho! God i would love a 6th gear... That pic is crazy! (ALMOST HALF WAY TO BEING MEMBER OF PW CLUB!)

Grrrrrr....

I have been planning on keeping my Si stock. But with the Type-R kits, turbos, engine swaps, and Hondata mods, y'all are making it REALLY difficult for me to leave it untouched.

Formula 51 w/ Samuel L Jackson. Great movie! Lot's of great sayings...

My second favorite quote from the movie: "Looks like we go 7 shades of $hit in a 5 $hit trumpet."

Hehe, Nice trick, my Focus could do the same thing if you knew how to do it. In the Focus all you had to do is hold down the trip, start the car, and then begin through the ecu list, one of them made the gauges do this but then they went back to normal. I have to watch a video to belive that. Now tell us how you really did it. Sorry to bust your bubble.

If someone can replacate this by doing some magical ECU code then do it and let me see. I would really like to see it and know how its done. I have no reason to BS, it's not my car so why would I care to hype up someone elses car. Doesn't make sence does it.

that is a photo-chopped file.

I could be wrong  obviously but zoom in real close to the corner of the needle and odometer. The shadow cast by the needle is covering up the corner of the odometer box. How is that possible??

Picture is pretty low res. Scanned from a photo obviously. So, it could be the details were lost.

However, seeing that the time is showed (not sure what the 30 is), I'm assuming this is taken with a compact point and shoot camera. I'll be damn if an SLR camera was used and someone actually turned the date display on (not too many camera has this feature).

Even at 60mph on smooth road, it is hard to hold the camera still enough to take a sharp photo. Let alone on a compact camera w/ ISO200 film. Not to mention you can't adjust the shutter speed and the photo looks like it is taken w/o a flash and the white balance is all wrong which tend to make me think it is taken with a cheap compact point and shoot camera.

Now the photo is taken at speed more than 140MPH and it is a pretty sharp photo considering all the facts (that I'm assuming :D) If you have shown just the blurry photo, I might have bought it. I was hoping to see the odometer reading. It looks like it is 5432. The blurry photo shows the time at 4:08. The first photo shows time at 4:07 on what looks like 5432 also. It could be you snapped the photo at 4:07:59 and the next one at 4:08:01 :D

I seriously doubt it. I'm happy to bet you a shiny penny if you can prove me wrong ;)

I'll try and get some more pics this weekend but like I said b4 I got no reason to lie. As for photochop, I needed "03hatch" to due a simple wheel chop for my car. I couldn't do something this complex. Believe what you want, I was there. Just a photo to let you guys know what the little egg is capible of. :)
