My local honda dealership has a used 2002 civic si with 1000 miles selling for 16gs, I was wondering if it was worth it because I am in the market for a car and has been looking for a 2000 Si. However, some 2000 si are selling for 16gs anyway, so if i cant find a good deal i'll opt for the 2002.

It doesn't sound bad, but. . .If you searched a little, you may be able to find a 2002 that isn't used for that price. Maybe they're all gone now. Just a thought.

you should be able to find a brand new 02 for around 15,000, unless car prices in New York are higher

I got mine for 16 back in Sep, so you shouldn't pay any more than 14 for it.

The dealer is asking too much money. Here in MI we have 02's for 15-16! I think you should look a newer model;)

A new 02 can be had for $15000 if you push hard enough with the dealer =P

I paid $15500 a while ago, but it's been known to drop to the 14's...because Carsdirect was showing 14xxx before, higher 14's but still 14's(yes including destination).

A used one I would pay only a flat 14 for...except depreciation doesn't quite work that way so I'd probably just get a new one =P
