has everyone ever dealt with carsdirect.com , i saw a 2003 honda civic si for 17k, which is pretty reasonable, consider the cheapest i ever saw for a EP in NY is 16.

I used carsdirect.com when I bought my ep in November. I tried to have a dealership first match the price, which didn't work at all. I even spoke to the salesman that was the carsdirect rep, but he didn't believe the printout I brought with me. So, I decided to go through carsdirect instead of haggling with multiple dealerships. I was called by a different dealership in the area within 24 hours of filling out the forms. No problems at all with the price, and I even got the floormats for free without asking.

I'd recommend using it if you don't think you can get a lower price dealing directly with a salesperson.
