I have been looking for rims for a very long time. So out of knowwhere a coworkers says he has some ADR 17" Wheels. I looked at them and they are in good shape. Very little nicks and nacks but other than that very good shape. They would go on my silver 02 SI. They look similar to the rims that are on the concept Civic SI. The one that is red. What should i do? He said $600 with Khumo Tires. Good Deal or NO!??!

If you goto www.whalentires.com they have ARD wheels, with tire package's. They may have the ones ur looking at. Try to uage the price by them.. I am looking at ARDs as well and mine would be like 800 for new with kumho tires... Josh

IMO...for a used set that have some nicks and such...i would say it's an OK deal.

You could probably get a new set of ADR's for under a $1000.

A buddy of mine got a set for $1300 CDN with kumho supra 712's.

So $1300 Canadian = about $875 U.S.

Dunno if you want to spend an extra couple hundred on ones you want.

not bad...as long as they're in good condition...
if there's any curb rash i'd stay away cuz if you ever decide to sell them that kills the value by about 50%...
personally i'd wait the 2 weeks and get a brand new set for the same price, just my opinion though...
or try to talk him down to like $500? ;)
