Just speeker install how hard?

Ok I am looking to do just a standard speeker install on my car and I might go through Chruchfield, but I want to look at 2 local shops before I order and I am wondering how hard is the install? For the rear speekers do I have to tear apart the hole back pannel? For the door I have read that there are some hidden screws and that but I can not find that darn post. I would just like to figure what I am getting into before I start.

never fails I found what I was looking for right after I got done posting this. Darn it. Just wondering still though what is the watages for the stock head unit? I can not find it anywere and I remember reading it somewere I want to say 30x4 but I can not remember for sure and that one I have been looking for a little and can not find it.
