sat. i was on my way home. My friend was behind me in his truck. well we started to play. we are about the same. well anyway, the gas pedel went half way to the floor befor it would catch. so got it home and took a look . inside the car, right above the gas pedle where the cable comesd throw the is a rubber bushing , well mine was cut by the cable. took it to the dealer this A.M.. they are taking one off a new si and putting it on. They said they had never heard of that happening.

Has anyone on here?

Guess you've been "standin' on it" a bit too much... :) I haven't heard of anything like that from anyone on here, but it does sort of make one uneasy... doesn't sound like the safest condition...

Well i just got the car back. Thay said the part was out of state so thay took one off a si thay had on the lot. BTW my car only has
10,813 miles on it
