ok, i have a question.....the 2002 si's - what engine do they come with, the k20a2 or 3?
there is a reason behind my question....
i just got a new short block and it said k20a3......i thought i had a 2 by what someone told me....never thought twice about it until now.

all US Si have the K20A3

It's K20A3...I believe the K20A2 engine is the RSX engine.

We all wish they came with a2's... but the truth is all si's are powered by k20a3's from factory.:(

Unless you swap motors then you have what you got, like Port has the K20A.

and knowing is half the battle. :*

Is there a stamp or tag on the K-series engines like there is on the B-series engines identifying what they are?
