Damn if that thing came with keys, id be all over it at $3500...
Doesnt look like the engine was damaged at all, seats look ok, strip it and sell the damn thing. You'd probably get atleast $2500 for the engine.

I bet the frame is bent if it is not getting fixed. I would do $3500 for it and just build one hell of an engine for my car and just part out the reast and but it into my engine rebuild.
