Thats hard to say. I'm on my second set of Ground Controls. I think the GCs are easier to adjust. GCs also come with Eibach springs. I think its just personal preference.

Depends on what you're looking for... ground controls are easy to adjust... but at the same time the skunk 2's have the stiffer "race car" feel... which some people like and some don't... myself i was looking for softer suspension... so the gc's were for me... but both brands are very well respected...
