My car came with the fog lights but I found that they both got cracks and a small hole from a rock or something. I want to get some Hid driving lights in the location and was wondering if I could easily connect something like that to my stock switch. Has any body done this? I can't beleive the lens on the stock lights are so shitty, and I know with condensation the bulbs wont last long.

Yep the switch would work fine, I had used the stock switch for a clean look inside with aftermarket fog lights on my accord...im acutally looking for the stock switch if anyone knows where to get one to do the same thing on my EP.

i just installed the OEM fog light kit on my car.... and as i look back on the instructions they don't include a part number...

btw the OEM kit is SHAWEEEET, well worth the $200 i paid for em.... :( coulda had my CAI though... oh well that comes in a few weeks anyways

*ramble mode off*

can't you just call honda and get a part number??

Well my fog lights already have holes in the lens from little rocks, Not worth 200 bucks to me. :(

i like the look of the OEM fog light too, but it uses H11 bulb, so it's hard to buy aftermarket light bulb :(

Well unless honda makes a lens replacement then when the bulbs blow on mine I will look for some better ones.

my oem fog lights got busted as well. small cracks from driving on the interstate i assume. honda told me the lens was not replacable due to the fog lights being a sealed unit. my bulbs lasted for over 4 months past the time the lenses cracked, which is when i installed aftermarket lights.

the parts are available but they are pricey.
the part numbers are:
08V31-S5D-1M101 for the right foglight
08V31-S5D-1M102 for the left foglight
I did not see a part number for the foglight switch, but i will call
american honda in the morning to get it.

Well damn, I didn't even know foglights were an option. Where does the switch go and does anyone have a pic (of where the switch is, not the fog lights).

The activation switch would end up in one of the blank spots near the steering column. They're the same size as the cruise control button, and would also make decent places for an alarm LED, subwoofer knob, or whatever else you'd mess with.
