17X7.5 offset question.

Okay guys, I did a search and came up with mixed information.
What I need to know is, will a 42 offset be okay with 17X7.5" wheels? I really want to get some lighter wheels, and found a set of Konig Toxxins close by.
Any info would be greatly appreciated!

I'm fairly close with 17x7 45 tires...I think I got like 37 offset....

I got 18x7.5 wit a 43 offset and i'm fine. I got over a 2inch drop also. camber fixed too and no rub
