yeah so the track had just been resurfaced and looked like a sheet of glass from the stands...so traction was an issue on street tires...and just to let you know i have 2.25 exhaust and cai..however i was the fastest Si there (two other 99 ebp's and one ep with cai and mugen exhaust...unless he got a faster time than i saw him run 15.9x)

The big tracks have not only changed from .500 and .400(pro) but they have also changed the lights in the tree it self. The old bulbs were filament type bulbs now they are LED. The top feul cars would blow up the bulbs all the time. The LED's don't have a warm up time so they lite up faster which can also take some getting use to.

I think you need to take it up higher in the rev's - your top speed should be higher...your elevation might be different than mine...

What are you shifting at?? You gotta rev these honda's - take them to 7100, dont be shy of fuel cutoff.....6800 rpm's is nothing for these engines.....you would never float a valve in these cars w/o major work....I bet you could drive for months hitting the fuel cutoffs....

not only do we need to rev high, but I think a lot of people trust that tach too much...it's off imo...about 500 rpms accroding to what I noticed while shifting and at the dyno
