This might be a pointless post, but just wanted to say went down to my local speedshop today, for $19.00 I picked up one of those ricey clip-on Mirror extensions WoW:eek: All of those annoying blind-spots with our cars are gone! works great if you are just looking to get something for about $20.

Here is what it looks like if you have not seen one...

Some of my friends who have those on their cars say they can't flip their mirrors to reduce glare cuz the Broadway gets in the way. Are you able to flip yours? That's pretty important to me cuz all these stupid upstate NY drivers love to tailgate...

Welcome aboard! I have kept my Boardway mirror since the day I brought it... Never drive a car without it! Yeah... It eliminate the passenger side blind spot! And it reduces annoying rear lights too!

OK, so for those of you who have them, can you still flip your mirror up to reduce glare?

I have noticed that mine shakes quite a bit, is it normal, or did any of you put foam or tape in between the Broadway and the O.e.m Mirror? just wanted to know?

do you guys think the broadway mirror is ricey?

No foam needed on mine, it fits fine.

and I dont think the mirror is ricey. It serves a purpose to cut down your blind spot. Once you drive with one its really hard to go without.

Yeah, those Broadway wide angle rear view mirrors are really good. I got my blue one the first week I got my EP, and it really helps! And I think a little vibration would be normal, considering this is a clip on after all; an attachment to an already existing, bolted on OEM mirror.

damn you guys pay a lot for those mirrors. You can find them here for about $15 CAD = $2 USD..... j/k
OUR CANADIAN DOLLAR IS KICKING ASS NOW.
But yeah, there are much more brands other than broadway. The one I have has a transparent blue frame.

to ep pilot: you sure you got that thing on right? mine only rattles when my bass hits, and i got a 320mm. and to all: i suggest convex... way better view no more blind spots at all! where did you pay $20? everyone here in san jo wants about $30...frickin rip-offs.

LoL nah i have one and i dont think its ricey. It has function to its form. Now if they made broadway mirrors with built in air fresheners then thats a different story.

I think those "broadway" mirrors are really gay. Im not trying to start any flame wars or anything but I've only seen those things on cars being driven by red necks, white trash, or beaners.......

They seem very functional but I just don't like the way they look.

wtf? am I the only one who knows how to adjust the rearview & side mirrors to eliminate all blind spots?

the only problem I see with those mirrors is the false sense of confidence they might get you. You might think they let you see everything, so you get lazy and don't check the blind spots anymore. then you get fucked.

Haha, I just picked mine up at an oriental gift/stationary shop. Don't really know why they had those car accessories, but it was nice to find them there!

Haha, most Asian gift shops have these mirrors along with weird car fresheners, cup holders, tissue box covers, etc. :D

yo..if you buy anyyhing from one of them asian gift shops/cd stores, beware...like most asian stores, there's a lot of knock-offs...but thats only if you care...but for these mirrors, watch out. if you buy razo/carmate, the fake ones will scratch when you try to clean them cuz they're made with that sticker stuff layered really good. but the real ones won't cuz they are acually highly polished quality chrome. i think the only way to tell the difference is to compare them side to side...the fake ones aren't as "clear" as the real ones...at least thats what some japanese fool was showin me, and from experience, ive owned a few broadway mirrors that scratched really bad when i tried to clean them with windex even though they were only about a week old...but the one i have now(the one that japanese dude told me to buy) are just fine...hey, its your $20 or so...
