Who makes our ECU? There must be a company (not honda) that manufactures them.

Also, I'm pretty proficient in hardware and coding (since it's my job) all be it this type of computer hardware access is a bit above my level. I am curious what all it would take to configure a client to read information from the ECU, save our ECU information

I'm guessing a company called KEIHIN. Sticker is on out side and one marking on the curciut board. Here are some pics of the inside of our A3 ECU. Basically my OBDII scanner uses the 16pin DLC (Data Link Connector) to a 25pin parallel printer port on the scanner. I'm pretty sure you can hook up to a computer thru the printer port with this cable, then write a program to read/write stuff. They have the software out right now, but expensive. Maybe you can write one up for us free :D

Hmmm, looks like schweet stuff, i'm look into this, time to dust off the latptop, i wonder if that honadata logger works on the k20's
