Looks stock.........but it ain't.

If you know what a normal K20 looks like in the engine bay, you'll notice that the intake manifold on mine is around 25mm higher

Note the PRB head code and taller block (block difference can be seen near the date stamp in lower right hand of pic)

we have a mustang dyno, not a Dynojet

Dynojet numbers are what everyone likes to see....sorry.

it is very much within TSX type HP numbers

nice touch keeping the K20 manifold cover on there. can you say sleeper? nice car, but the last thing i want to do is make this car heavier than it already is. i've got auto-x plans for my EP.

PNL ='s SI head
PNA ='s CRV head
PRB ='s RSX-S head
RBB ='s TSX head

Sooo... about 200 HP and 165 lb-ft.? I forget what the TSX numbers were.

I looked at your dyno graph and I notice that the K24/A2 motor relines at 6800 just like the K20A3. Why doesn't it go to 8000rpm and switch to the high lift cam with the A2 head? K24 bottom end won't take the revs?

VERY cool sleeper EP!!

? man what r u going to do about the ECU. Im doing a k20ar conversion but im going to be getting a k24 block and boring it out to 2.6 or 2.7 and adding a turbo set up to it and port and polishing the head 5 angles. yes getting je pistons to lower compression back from 11:1 to 9.8:1 so i can run the turbo. I just dont know what to do about the ecu issue only thing standing int the way of visualisation of wha tim going to do when i beef the engine and tranny up and wedge it in there...LOL Any suggestions would be great guys

I got a chance to see the car run in Pennsylvania...very impressive and a nice sound although it didn't have the pretty engine garnish on it.

its almost cute seeing someone from 2003 sporting a k24a1-a2 frank seeing as its become such commonplace now.

Wow this thread is old. Nice sleeper nonetheless

Yeah I guess its a sleeper but it is only packing 30 extra ft lbs. Kinda slow still and he was running lean from lack of kpro or 310cc injectors...kinda scary.
