your pic of the AEM CAI is weird man, my intake is a two peice (yes its a AEM CAI for the EP3!)....The one u have looks totally diffrent!

I think its because i have the bypass valve!

Two pieces? Mine is One piece. Fit fine, though a bitch to install!

yeah no bypass valve here, they're not really made for our car, you have to cut the tube in half... but i think what i need is just the bolt or whatever that attaches the cai to the chassis, thanks everyone.

What you are missing is a rubber barrel about 3/4" in diameter and about 1 1/2" long that has a threded screw sticking out of both ends. One end screws into the chasis and the other goes across the fork of that support beam on the end of the CAI. Then you need a nut to screw onto the threaded end that holds the CAI. AEM calls it a "soft mount". It's the black rubber part in this pic. (NOTE: the pic is of a different CAI, but the rubber mount is the same...

Your not missing anything other than two breather hoses and 2 clamps per to go with them. The bypass valve wont work on our car becuase it needs to be on the same level as the TB. The clamp that attaches to I believe a bolt on the engine block (installed mine a while ago could be wrong about attached location) is welded on the bottom end of the tube. Looks like about $5-$10 dollars worth of parts and your all set.
