it's called locking up the rear brakes..

either the e-brake... or they disconnect the ABS for racing

It's most likely disconnected ABS because:

1. It looks as if the car is on a straight so I don't see why the driver would be pulling the e-brake

2. Real race cars/racers don't use the ABS. :p
