quick question, when in 3rd and 5th gear, not on the gas, i can easily put the car into nuetral without stepping on the clutch, it only happens in 3rd and 5th...im pretty sure this isnt a good thing, is anyone else having this problem and is something wrong?

Actually ... given the right amount of throttle you can pop the shifter into neutral from any gear. No, it's nothing to worry about, but don't make a habbit of it ... the clutch is there for a reason :)

He said he's not on the gas, though. Do you mean you're coasting or already stopped?

while coasting, if im on the throttle the gear wont come out, but once i let go of the gas i can put the car into neutral without touching the clutch

It's supposed to do that. A trucker told me that, especially useful in heavy traffic.

You can do that with any mt as long are you are in the right rpm range. You can also shift into gear with out the clutch if you are really good.
