Which ones did you get? These are awesome subs. I am actually looking at getting the IDQ series (the best SQ for the price). The IDQ is for sound quality, the IDMax is for SQL (High sound level but still maintaining sound quality) and then the ID series is a value sub that still sounds good. The sound quality guys seem to love the IDQ (it is an inexpensive sub that needs hardly any space and they can still hit hard)

Not sure they are black subs with image dynamics written in the center, and the backing is green. Any ideas? There 12's

Sounds like IDQs. Damn good subs, I got a paid of JLW3's but now I really wish I had gotten a pair of IDQ's or IDMAX's :(

That's a sick deal for a nice set of lows....

You will not belive how great these are until you hook them up. With that set up in your hatch your new montra will be "What?"

Well these subs will work in a bandpass but they are really meant for a small sealed box (.85 ft3 per sub), also they don't need a lot of power 300-500 wpc should be enough. I plan on gettinng a single one and building a box for my car within the next week and I plan on running it with 400wpc

I want to do two separate boxs.. One for the left and the other for the right. This allowing for me to be able to get to the spair if needed.. Any requirements for making a box? how would the back be sealed? I want them in like the pic below.. http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid61/paba8490706f35f31e9318264fd56e3c4/fc262b82.jpg

Thanks Josh

I am doing one with that kind of setup. I am planning to start this weekend. I'll keep you guys posted.

I have a 10 W3V2, I think sealed box required 6.25 cuft. I dunno about 12" IDQ, might need more and you'll have less room in the trunk.

Anyway good luck.

The IDQ is designed for a small space .85-1 cuft is what Image Dynamics recomends. I will be building one that is .85 cuft after taking the displacement of the driver into consideration and I should have it done within a month or so and I will let everyone know how it sounds
