I've heard that I should wait to get an alignment until the springs settle, but I was talking to the Honda dealership and they guy said I should get it aligned when I get the springs installed. He said the springs shouldn't settle at all it they are proprerly installed. I'm also getting a camber kit put on the same day. Should I get the springs installed then wait a little then get the camber kit put on with an alignment or get it all done in one day?

I'd wait like a day or two. Its not a big deal

you can get aligned the same day, just drive it around a bit after the install of the springs to insure everything is installed correctly.

Wouldn't I damage my tires especially after installing rear camber kit?

No you will be fine. I drove my car with its suspension totally out of alignment for a couple days without any problems. It will take AT LEAST a couple hundred miles of driving for you to notice abnormal wear on your tires.
