5-lug (base model or Type-S)

the 5-lug conversion..
wat I"m asking is, wat is the difference between the base model and the type-S ?
would it be an upgrade if I went with the base model (brake wise)
or it's the same as our EP?

The base model has the same brakes as the Si, there would be no change other than the 5 lug bolt pattern

the type S has bigger brakes. if i was u, try to get the type s, cant go wrong with bigger brakes. base is okay though. wish out cars came in 5 lugs. 5 lugs looks so much better.
