jdm CTR seat choices (help needed)

I want to change to some recaros. Here are my choices:

jdm CTR red
jdm CTR black with red stiching
regular recaro SRD black or red

I'm having second thoughts about buying online because
1) how do i know the seats are from a 2002+ CTR? Couldn't they be from an older model CTR?
2) i read an article that said the seats from the ITR actually worked a lot better.
3) I'm not sure whether to go with red or black in my black si....

Any opinions or usefull help would be appreciated.

These are the same model seats found in the new CTR. They're black, not red, but still not a bad price.

yea...those look nice.....they look like the kind i saw on the japanese civic type-r website except that they're black....they actually look like the seats from an integra type r too....

Well for one the ITR seats dont open up like the CTR's do

(I think the actual decal saying "recaro" on the itr seats is bigger than on the crt seats...not sure though, just looking at diff pics)

just saw some jdm "Bride" seats in a type-r, look sweet!!!
just like the recaros, in red too, sept they say bride not recaro, and have bride consecetivly in the part where your rump rests, awesome, and I gues you could consider them more j-spec, not just jdm, cause they're not just oem seats in a type-r but are from a japanese prefered tuning brand. =)

Yes I sold them to a good friend.....Paxie. He put them in his EK. It was quite a while back but I believe I sold them for $840 & that included shipping.

you could probably sell them for 5hundred each to a local ricer, someone said a while back that they were actually going for 7+ a seat on ebay, which is pretty pricey.

True but its Paxie, come on now. I try and hook the boys up when ever I can.;) He does enough for this site he can at LEAST get some good deals for his trouble.:)
