Just wondering, say you install coilovers and set the height (say -1.5") and then get an alignment.

Then you go ahead and raise it back to stock height because you want the extra clearance for some reason. Will the alignment be f'd up with the stock ride height?

And if you set it back down to -1.5", will the alignment be OK?

Yes the alignment will be out of whack if you change the suspension from the settings it was at when it was aligned. Anytime you change the suspension it will throw things off. Raising or lowering a car changes all of the dimensions like toe, camber, caster.
