Sup fellas,

I'm new to these boards but an hoping somone can help me out. I just got some 16s with 40 series tires on my EP and am considering a Neuspeed Race springs 2" drop.

I was wondering if anyone had a picture of their EP with 16 and a 2" drop so I can get an idea of what my setup might look like.

Also, has anyone had a problem with their stock struts bottoming out with a 2" drop?

Any help, pics would be appreciated.

Thanks.

By the way, I took a couple of pics but I don't want to post them cause everyone will scream "DROP IT!" which is the point of my post anyway.

I know you were looking for 16 with a 2" drop -- but here is a good one

18's with a 1.75" drop

Go to the members rides, there are plenty of people on there with 16's and 2 inch drops just look though the cars posted and see what you like..

The stock strut will bottom out frequently with 2" drop, and they will be blown within about 2-3 months tops (depends on how you drive it).
I haven't dropped my car, but that's what I learned from my friends cars (RSX-S, 02 Civic EX, EP)
Best way out : get Konis/any strut if available or Full/Real Coilovers.

That's what I was afraid of. I don't think I can drop that much cash on Konis right now. My best option would be to just go with coilovers...unless perhaps the Progress springs are any better.

Anyone know if the Progress springs will bottom out frequently on stock struts?

Progress got milder drop, so the stock shocks won't as stressed as the 2" drop.
But, remember, they're still stockies!:)
