Yeah, I got it to fit on the holes, I tightened it down by hand, but it said to torque them to 33 ft lbs torque....How do I do that?? Any help would be great.

torque wrench. :) if you don't want to do that just torque them down pretty tight, but not too tight.:D oh and don't use a breaker bar to tighten them!

safe way is to buy torque wrench. i just grabed one myself.
craftsman torque wrench 70 bucks, imo its worth it.
