cracking steering wheel... what do i do?

the handles on my steering wheel are all cracky with white lines running all throughout the wheel, it looks really ugly... is their a way to fix this.. or do i need to get another one??

pls helP ima hopeless honda tuner wit very little right now (just paid 374 for registration and payed my 1st monthly payment and paid my insurcance :( )

Turtle wax interior spray similar to armorall. You can get it at your
local AutoZone or Pepboys. Gotta keep it lubricated and maybe put some hand lotion while your at it. Can't be grabbing the steering wheel w/ashy, dried up hands.

i just reread your post...is the wheel actually starting to crack or are you just getting white residue in the grooves of the wheel. If cracking take it to the dealer, if just dirt/residue find a nice cleaner like todacspec said
