Power Enterprise vtec and fuel controler

Since I have installed a JR race header and a cat back exhaust, I really need to tune my car. As I can't have Hondata in my country (different fuel), I am looking for a vtec controller. I know that the apexi doesn't really work with the K serie. Has someone ever tried the Power Enterprise vtec controller ???

This guy which is a RSX base (K20A3) use this controller to advance his vtec point to 3200rpm successfully

why would we want to increase our vtec engagement to 3200 rpms?

is it really going to help that much to move the stage 1 vtec up 1k rpms? the si's already built for economy, and im not sure that itll fire too well on 12 cylinder mode at that rpm. u might lower economy
