I put this here in the suspension forum since it does have to do with the suspension, usually you'll see this topic in the engine forum...

I've heard good things about this on clubsi. I emailed z10eng.com about whether or not they plan to make one for our car.

Their reply:
Michael,

I will have to see about the adaptability of the 2001 kit. Were are you located?

With that type of reply, I'd say he's willing to make one, just needs one of our cars at the shop.

They are located at:
Z10 Motorsports
PO Box 928
Oakhurst NJ, 07755

Here's the site:

The z10 bar:

What it is:
[b]Completely Eliminate Wheel-hop!
Bolt-On Traction Uses Factory Bolt Holes
Launch Harder, Lower 60

you ought to try and contact them, you never know, they may at least give you a discount.

Well, tomorrow I will be stopping by the Z10 eng. shop which is only a few minutes from my house.
They will be taking measurements of my car and starting the work to produce these for our application.

i've never experienced wheel hop before....does it happen stock or did you do engine mods?

rev your car to 4 grand, dump the clutch hit the gas, you will then experience the elusive wheel hop.

aaaaa. i don't dump the clutch, i ease the clutch in take-offs at 4k rpm. probably why i've never had it. i've read that people say to get full coilovers, better engine bounts, stiffer bushings to fix.
