neons??

i put 2 "12 neons to the cig lighter and it worked for about 2 mins, then the power started flickering and ac turned off. and now i cant restart my car, when i try to it makes a loud clicking sound and the lights on my dash try to come on but fail...... is the battery jus dead and i need to jump start it?

Check your fuses. Maybe a fuse is bad.
