Borla header and fitting JDM exhausts

I have a Fujitsubo cat-back on the way. I know to fit it on the USDM EP3 I will have to weld in about 4" of pipe. I see that the Borla header is longer than the stock header. So, if I buy the Borla header, will that extra piping make the JDM spec exhaust bolt right up without needing to modify anything?

i think the exhaust is about 4'' too short, meaning its 4'' + the length of the cat + the length of the flange. so I'm going to guesstimate a no it wont work without welding.
