I have heard that the K20a has some differences in exhaust and o2 sensors and shit......im not really sure can someone tell me? Im thinkin about getting a RSX-R engine in the near future

There are many, many, many differences.
If you are serious about doing this swap talk to "Port" he has the swap done and I believe he is running 13.9's on street tires. He is very knowledgeable on the motor and what is needed.
if you have any questions.. feel free to PM me. i will help you out with anything you need. i would definatly reccomend this swap to anyone. i ran a 13.9 @ 101mph wich is a high trap speed for that time. if i through some slicks on there i am at least 13.7 maybe lower.. no doubt in my mind. here is a thread about some of the minor differences i came across to get you started.
