Great News From Apexi
I called them to tell them that i solved the problem with the VAFC for the 2001 with the help of others on this site. and they told me to send them an email.
Also in talking with the guy he said they are coming out with a VAFC2 that works with the D17a and I-VTEC in late july Early August. SO say by the end of august for sure. So either you get the VAFC1 now for under 300 on EBAY or get the VAFC for over 350 later. All should work but do not hold me or my DIY responsible for yours."
