I was thinking about blacking out my headlights. But I was talking to my friend Phil about it and he said that I would get ticketed for it. Is that true??? PLEASE LET ME KNOW lol. so yea

Never heard of it. You are only darkening the surrounding lenses.
The effect is cosmetic and does not effect your lighting. Unless you
intend to paint the lens covers too.:o

depends on the state law, if you call a inspection station or the state troopers they could tell you.

If you're doing the JDM look(inside) it's fine, if you spraying the outside(night shade) then it would be the officer's decision.
