Help with best springs and wheels

what is the best lowering springs / coilover sleves for our ep3 ?
i was considering buying the ground controls for now. any one know if they are any good ?


Im still deciding on what rims to buy, as of my 2 favorites are the civic type r wheels in white or the buddy club p.1 racing qf wheels in white. Any other suggestions ? Im on a tight budget so nothin to much, like advans or volks

The CTR wheels are going to cost the same, if not more, than Advans or Volk. The CTR wheels are also heavier and 5-lug.

As for the best spring.. it depends what your looking for. Neuspeed offers the lowest drop but also rides pretty harsh. Any coil over sleeve will be too stiff for the stock shocks. If you want coil overs, get them when you get shocks.
