I dont have an EP anymore!!!

well back in augusti wanted to buy an EP but being 16 and no credit my dad said it would be better if he bought to get better financing. then he goes and just bought it cash, so the original agreement was i give him $320 a month for 48 months, he said he would call it even.

well last saturday i told my dad that the SRS light came on and i wanted to take it in to the dealer. so he tagged along, and while we where waiting he was looking at the Elements. my dad had always liked them because they had alot of head and legroom. Well one thing led to another, he made a deal and we where dring home in a Sunset orange EX 2wd auto element. I felt really bad, my EP had been my first car and i had already given him $3520. we got a good trade in 15K and we payed 17K for the EP.
He told me at the dealer that he would get me another car and just yesterday i got a used DSM(desert metallic silver) 02 RSX Type-S. it was 18K and he said we would keep our original deal we had on the EP. But just cuz i dont have an EP doesnt mean ima leave EP HATCH, hell no. the RSX is nice and all but i really loved and miss my ep. i keep trying to grab the shifter like its on the dash...but its not anymore:( .

Don't worry you'll forget all about the EP once you hit start hitting 6-8K RPM =)

Intake: I have the AEM CAI, I suggest either the Comptech Icebox or Injen CAI (easier install than AEM)
Exhaust: Whatever you think looks and sounds best, as they all give roughly the same gains... I went with the INVIDIA GT300 exhaust because it's quite rare and looks the best imo (loud as hell though).

Also make sure you get a Hondata Intake Manifold gasket, Hondata #4 ECU flash.......some new tires, a Revo Short shifter, ES motor mounts and you will hit 13s. I am going to go to the strip again when I get my 16s on with Azenis and I will come back with a 13 second slip for sure.

EDIT: The 14.4 I posted was my first time at the strip, full interior, running on heavy, oversized 18s (5Zigen FN01R-C with 225/45/18 Bridgestone Potenza S03 Pole Position tires), too much gas and my best trap speed was still 99.14 mph. I will get over 100mph trap for SURE next time I hit the strip with the slips and azenis, if it's not too hot.

I will also make sure and bring the GF's Si as well, see what it can do.

Then, turns around and buys an '02 RSX Type S. Either your dad is ultra loaded and ultra whimsical-or there is some fantasy here. Post a pic with you, the car and a newspaper with the date.

But it isn't a free car; he is giving his dad money every month just like someone making payments to a bank. If I was making monthly payments on my EP and one day the the bank came over and traded my car for an RSX I'd be pissed.... I don't care if it is more expensive.
