Well I finally got her back from the body shop yesterday. The shop raped me big time on the labor cost but the finished product is truely flawless. Came pre-primed from Renova Auto (Renovaauto@yahoo.com - ask for George) for $160 shipped but still needs to be shaved flat on the ends to sit flush. The shop said that most of the price was due to the amount of labor hours ($41/hour !! ) so it would help if you knew some people who could give you a break ;)
Here are a few snaps:

I like that ALOT 02TafWhtSi!!!!

Looks GREAT!

How many hours did they spend shaving it down? Shouldnt have taken them more than an hour to figure out how far down to shave it...

I fukin hate shops that do that shit!

But thats great its on man!

I love the final product!

I'm not sure the exact time they spent on the modification but the total hours spent (modification, re-sanding, re-priming, painting, clear-coating, and install) was close to 9 on the bill so you can do the math. Plus they charged me $65 for paint supplies :(
If I get mad about it all I have to do is go outside and look at how pretty she is now :D

Yep - Eibach Pro-kits (1") :)

BlackNred - I believe the WingsWest wing is a direct copy of the OEM CTR wing with the extra silver "W" on the sides - but made to fit our Si/SiR's w/o modification. I could be wrong but thats what I've read before.

Looks sexxee!!

I imagine it would be worth it to do the "modifications" yourself and then get a pro to paint it.

How much did they ding you for it total?

Would it be cheaper to get the Pre-painted, pre-modded spoiler from Spoiler Depot (http://www.spoilerdepot.com/Catalog.asp?A=11&S=2002&idModel=309&idModelYear=1483&idProduct=&chrYear=2002&idB=) for $325?

I think it might be cheaper to spend the $325 plus shipping unless you know someone that hook you up with body work and paint.

If you have the right tools and think you can do a smooth job than hell yeah it'll be cheaper. As for the total price, I really don't want to say only b/c different shops will have different prices. If somone wants to use the same shop I did I'll be glad to let them know but somone out in Kansas may be quoted something completely different! As for the spolerdepot version, if it TRUELY does come ready to bolt on w/o modification I say go for it - and $325 painted sounds like a really good deal. I have no experience with them so can't give a review. Otherwise, I think of it as though I SAVED about $300! If I had purchased the Honda OEM version it would have been almost $500!! And still needs to be modded and painted (unless your EP is black)!!

Spending around 5 bills total for a wing thats not even factory fit and painted is ludacris. Looking perfect or not. With all this shit about Honda's oem kit, a wing shouldn't be too far around the corner for the same price or cheaper than a fiberglass knockoff.

After 7 years in the game I've learned that non-oem or jdm=dissappointment in everyway.

uhh....I may have paid a little more than necessary but I am by no means dissapointed! In fact I'm thrilled with the way it came out. I'd rather spend a little extra to have the job done right :)

I'll work on restoring the pics guys...
*EDIT* - pics are back up!

My thoughts too - looks good even without a body kit. The OEM wing was an insult - way too small :(

Yo if anyone gets that wing from spoilerdepot please post about the quality and craftsmanship of the wing. I would really like to get a wing that I can just bolt on rather than have to bug someone i know or pay out the ass to have it shaved and painted.
