Hey Neal, i got the HID kit CHEAP. I thought it would make a huge difference and look much bluer like how TypeX's pics looked. They look just like my CATZ Bulbs...a lil brighter but no too much. I will get pics up ASAP on the CF Hood. Just dont have a digital camera to use right now. Hopefully Karlo will take some pics for me soon.

Very nice.. Did you ever fix the knocking with your springs? And when are you getting your Turbo kit. Let me know how the install goes or if you know a shop that does good installs.,

"Unfortunately, Microsoft has added a clever new

-- And, of course, you'll be shocked to learn that

yes, i fixed the knocking in my springs. When we installed them we forgot a little piece..lol. Put it in and it works great. I am just waiting on the GreddyTurbo kit right now. I just got a new great payin job and basically can do alot to my EP soon. I want the Greddy Kit for the name. They always come through with their kits and stuff. Here are some SHITTY pics i took with my phone. Just to show the sidemarkers and CF Hood.http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid68/p6f10d99135afc1454e380561d1a743d2/fbbe056b.jpg http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid68/paf63c07df8eee797329247850c2fa272/fbbe0567.jpg http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid68/p8a3befa6f00596189a9a2b04980d9621/fbbe055d.jpg

You know, usually I wouldn't go for the carbon fiber look, but since I got that carbon fiber kit for my car...I'm going carbon fiber crazy. I like that hood...nice. The side markers are different than mine though. oh well. Nice ride man.

I would say get some suspention upgrades. Like the stut bars and other nuespeed parts. So that way when you add the Turbo it will handle great. Also get some new poly motor mounts for the furture turbo.

I went with the Eibach sportline. Went with a mild drop. Once a good set of shocks come out that are adjutable and do not need modding to my car I am going to get them. Do you still have the OEM shocks?

Chrisbgft
07-07-2003, 06:20 AM
yea, i still have the OEM. For the same reason as u, i dont want to be cutting and moddin the shocks. I will need them pretty soon since i have the neuspeed race.

I have been hearing by end of summer there sould be a few makes out that make it so that we do not need to mod are cars to install. Just hope the OEM's hold out for you.

Nice. What kind of paint you use? Or did you powder coat them? Thats one way to shake that hater/copier you have around. And what size are your tires? Cause I have Neuspeed springs as well and mine looks like it has less wheel well gap. I'm running a 215/40, are yours 205's?

Chrisbgft
08-12-2003, 08:07 PM
i used a special wheel paint from Dupli-Color. Came out really nice. Just need to use a lil more clear coat for that shiny look. I have 205's on mine. I took these pic right after having the car jacked up and i think they didnt settle back down to where they were. Yes, but i am worried the copier is going to like the way my car looks now..lol.
