New GFX Edition Civic SiR

I just got off the phone with Honda (Canada) and they told me that they will not be offering a aftermarket kit for the previous SiR's because they are promoting a new kit on the later model SiR's and which is called a SiR GFX Edition. The cost in $0 that's right it is free....side skirts, rear wing spoiler, front & rear lips all for no extra charge the only catch is that you have to buy a whole new car to get the kit. The kits will be on the newer models sometime in July!

Yes I saw that on the website a few days ago, and asked the parts guys about it. I got the typical duh response from them. Do we know if it's the Type-R body kit? I can't imagine them making another set. And from you're understanding, are we unable to purchase the kit as an option for our pre '04 cars? That would piss me off...
