http://www.cbwheels.com/images/1ar1intake2%20copy.jpg Our Front Mount Intake Systems are designed for the front of the vehicle, allowing colder and cleaner air into the intake system. Each intake system includes a removable sheild, which helps protect the filter element from hazards, however it can be easily removed, providing your cars engine with with a complete and direct source of cold ram air. Each kit includes an aluminum polished filter box, filter element, mounting hardware, removable sheild, full intake piping, and all necessary silicone hoses/reducers, and accesories.

A TRUE COLD/RAM AIR INTAKE (intercooler type). 5+ HP GAIN WITH ANY VEHICLE.

THIS IS BY FAR ONE OF THE BEST TRUE COLD AIR INTAKES ON THE MARKET!!!!!!!

Just wondering if anyone had any experience with this. It looks kinda cool. I dont think you have to worry about water also.

I've seen that for the 99-00 si's, a few bought them and then wished they hadn't. That was years ago, I haven't seen anyone use them now.

i went to a ghetto style car show and a mustang GT had one of those and a pipe bolted on to the other side to make it look like a intercooler and it was bolted on the outside of the bumper to show off his ghettoness

most people will say it is ricey. i tend to think it is quite the rice myself. i see it as an intercooler wannabe and serves the same purpose as those blow-off valve style filters. although i wonder what we would think of this style CAI if mugen came out with a similiar model. anyways, i wonder what would happen if a rock broke through the filter?:)

actually one of my friends used to have this on his 4door b16 swap. It sounded really LOUD, but i couldnt tell u about the gains. Never had a chance to dyno. He then sold it for a AEM CAI. For the name basically..
