so i have to cut ne thing if i get a lip kit for this exaust??

well, I guess it depends on the lip. Obviously, HKS designed it for the stock bumper cutout so you may have to re-weld the muffler end so it comes out straight. I believe the Buddy Club kit requires some exhaust modification if you have the HKS - one member on here had to do it.
