Welcome, I am on the type R site also. I was trying to get in on the twin Morettes g-buy, but its not looking good. If you know of a hook up on these I would be grateful. Post some pics of your ride.

Yeah mate i did!!!

I work for the Jag F1 team and was faced with the threat of redundancy just before Xmas. I had to sell it due to the possibility of losing my job and not being able to pay for it.
I then had the fortune of not getting the boot and had already made the deal with the dealer. I'm not that dissapointed though coz the CTR is far superior to drive on the limit on British backroads than the S ever was. I've never regeted the switch and the CTR costs half as much to run too!!!

Just a pity you guys don't get it!! (sorry don't mean to rub it in)

I don't actually have any pics of my CTR coz its totally standard so it would be the same as any other CTR you will see. I'm a purist when it comes to motors so modifiying dosen't really appeal.
I would like a Trust or Skunk 2 exhaust system on it though due to the CTR being quiet from the backbox.

Thanks for the great welcome guys!!

I'm what they call a Composite Fitter, i specialise in building the chassis and it's one of the biggest jobs we do. After all the chassis are built i help out the guys build the other parts (Wings. Flaps, Floors, Noses and Bodywork etc.

It's a full time job especially if we have any crashes!! :'(

The job pays well and finances my toys, that's all that matters!!!;)
