fellow ep's...

being the ephatch fanatics that u guys are, do u give any kudos (i.e. thumbs up or peace sign) when u pass by or spot a fellow ephatch owner/driver?

I do, but sometimes... im reluctant to do so bein afraid that the other person will look at me wierd or be those ricers w/ big egos n attitudes.

i always kudos... they'll usually thumbs back. but around my area. most of the ep drivers are old men who keep their Si's stock.

I honk and/or wave. But if it's some older man or woman they just look at me like I'm some little lost girl. lol.

Most of the time I see Si's parked though.

i only give a thumbs up but not only to fellow EPs but any bad ass well done or scary sounding(domestic new or muscle)....its just a respect issue and ill usually get a return thumbs up..but never a peace sign...im afraid the other driver might think i was racing them...

I usually high beam them if they are oncoming, or catch up and honk if they are going same way I was.

A week ago, I saw a white EP with CT plates in NY/NJ where I-287 and Rt 17 split, I cought up to him pulled up next to the guy and honked my horn, but he looked at me like I was some sort of retard. He wend down Rt. 17 and I was going south on I-287.

Once, I am not sure who it was, maybe Al, I was in Darien, CT on Rt 1, going south and saw an Si with tinted glass, driven by a girl, but a male passenger waved at me when I high beamed them. It was nice :-)

I just ran into a fellow EPer at Blockbuster and I gave them a thumbs up. They were a little puzzled but I think they figured it out.

There's an older woman around here I see pretty regularly that drives a vivid blue ep. I wave at her every time I see her, but I'm never in my own car when I see her so she prolly thinks I'm a stalker....which I am.... ;)

Sadly I have also mistaken a focus for an si from the front, went to wave and realized last second that it was a focus.Felt soooo stupid.:o

yeah, i have seen the 99-2000 owners lookin at my car.... I was at an sports car dealership and 3 guys jumped out of the 99-00 and walked around my car a buncha times, lookin in the windows...:rolleyes:

yea i always hit the horn and wave or give a thumbs up, but the other driver is always older and has all stock from what i see. so hes probably not into tuning anyway. so most times i get nothing. except once in reading pa. this is for the white ep in reading wit the rims. i have the silver ep and saw u like 3 months ago at a light on penn street . you were behind me and beeping . well anywyas ur the only fellow ep owner that ever said hi on the road . so thanks
