I saw a picture of oem 16" wheels as part of a performance package for the regular civic. they look like ctr wheels except minus the red H. Does anyone have info, a price, weight and a parts number for these? They where four lug by the way.

They are offered in Europe only for now, and you can also get the Type R body kit in Europe for the non Si's (SiR's) over there.

Here's a pic of them from the gallery:

NOTE: Hondatech has posted a thread asking the same question.

nice it worked...thats the new FP civic coupe, it comes like that from the factory, factory aero kit, sports suspension, shift knob, and of course the 16" very similar CTR rims, i saw one at my local dealership going for 22k, im not sure if you can get the rims seperate, word is that honda only made 500 of the FP civic coupes to see how they would do

When I was in for my oil change a few weeks ago, my dealer had one in the showroom. My sales person said that you could only get the wheels with the suspension and body kit. If I remember correct, the package was way over priced. I think it was bordering on $4,000.

I do want those wheels though!

the red civic in that picure is not a type r. In europe you can get the civic with the some body kit minus type R badgeing and a smaller 4 lug version of the CTR rims (the ones that are in the red picture)

And no one said it was a Type R in that picture.

Guess we can get the 16" type R like wheels in North America since the performance package coupe has them.

Rims and tires weigh 19 lbs each - alltogether 39 lbs.

Our tires weigh as much as our rims? That's some pretty heavy tires.
